This Jiggler has smoother skin, no teeth and only one antenna.
The Jiggler was a monster in General White's Muscle Tower. In Dragon Ball Online there exists a class of enemy that resemble The Jiggler and are subsequently known as Jigglers.
Jigglers appear to be mostly water to explain their wobbly disposition and weakness to tempuratures below freezing. They also seem to have an affinity with electricity, though this may only be The Jiggler.
