The RP Gruntmeister is a type of Red Pants Army enemy found in outposts in the Flanflan Desert. One of if not the lowest ranking members of the army, RP Gruntmeister are pigs and like most pigs, fight using boomerangs.
They're aggresive and attack all non RP Army members who encroach on their territory, by repeatedly hurling their boomerangs at them.
They are higher level versions of RP Grunts and RP Gruntsmans.
